Step Four: At the Auction House Part Two
Alright, so you’ve got a little gold in your pocket and you’re just itching to turn it into gold, gold, glorious gold, so you may ride through World of Warcraft like a pimp.
Do one more scan, as detailed previously, then change the Rarity dropdown if you want to keep from being overwhelmed and press the Search button.
Your screen should look something like this.
Ignore anything not a green, blue, or purple item, but we have a hit on the very first page. What we’re doing here is a combination of things. One, we’re looking for items we can afford, obviously. Two, that PCT column is very important. It gives you an indication of where this particular price stands in regards to the historical price of the item. 100% is the normal, going rate, the usual market price. 0% is, obviously, a steal. The further under 100% we get, the more of a deal we’re getting, and the more we can resell it for. So, the Grinning Axe of Strength is probably worth buying.
